ATC STUDENT SERVICES
TUITION & AGREEMENT QUESTIONS

About Collections

When you visited ATC and talked with the academy instructor about classes, he/she presented you several tuition options including Month to Month (Cancel with a 30 day notice) to a discounted 3 Month Trial Program. However, if you picked ad signed a contract for a discounted 6,12 or 24 month program or discounted family program, you did so knowingly to receive a huge discount and you must pay your tuition whether you attend classes or not.

Unfortunately, there are some individuals who pick longer term discounted programs thinking “good, I will get some free items and other big savings and then I will try to cancel in several months.”  Then they rant and complain that we are not fair, when they are basically stealing from us.

ATC has thousands of students and only a handful are sent to collections. ATC is saddened you have reached this point, however we can no longer assist you once your account has been handed over to the collection company unless your agreement is reinstated.

Your Masters/Instructors do not handle contract issues, so please do not contact them. Once you are in collections they no longer have your paperwork.

Reinstating your contract.

Students may reinstate their contract if they pay the collection company a reinstatement fee of $100.00 plus any negotiated settlement amount then ATC will redo the paperwork and start you fresh.

ATC students in collections:

ATC does not like sending students to collections but at times we have no other choice. Here are some reasons.

1) Student signed a contract, trained and did not pay for classes taken.

2) Student is not paying (90 Days) and we can not contact them.

3) Student has not made a payment in 60 days and they avoid all our calls.

4) Student avoided all 6 late letters.

5) Student moved but did not send the need documentation.

6) Student just refuses to pay.
